
A World Away

Gold was very prevalent in Incan society, particularly used for jewellery, temples and palaces.
This collection intertwines gold within the artwork, not to symbolise any form of monetary value (as the Incas did not use it for this purpose) but as the sweat of the sun, representing the sun's regenerative powers.
